They might just have to manually register you via the details you provide via email. I do recall when they transitioned to this site, there was some sort of account conversion from the old 20/20 site, so maybe that whole process is being refactored.
I created an account last year but never purchased but when I click on the Aftermarket Portal I do get a log in screen. Have you been able to log in?

I'm able to login. Glad I made the account when I did. Hopefully they'll iron this out.

What do they ask to sign up? I need legit access (or a pm where I can download) so I can properly set up a new cluster for my dads Evora S. The new clusters don’t come with GSI for the automatics and it’s all set up for UK cars default. I really need someone’s help with this as it seems no one in Puerto Rico can help him so I have to fly there with my laptop and do it Like I do with my Subarus.

Judging by this thread here isn't much you can do....https://www.lotustalk.com/threads/evora-ips-dash-no-longer-has-gear-shift-indicator.345473/

I understand about the GSI but I have to marry it to the car to switch the default RHD to LHD (we open left door and right is indicating open) as well as some of the options. This was the info straight from lotus area service manager that talks with Mike from lotusparts. The problem is finding one in Puerto Rico. I just need access to a program so I can fix my dads car.

Sounds like you're in a pickle temporarily. Did you follow the instruction and contact as posted in post #118?
Maybe contact dealer and send your unit to them if they have the software.
When you say Mike from Lotusparts are you talking about lotusparts.com? That would be Dino.

it needs to be plugged into the car and then the laptop to it so no sending cluster in. Also, I meant Don, not mike. He forwarded me the email that the car needs to be plugged in and that is not an option in Puerto Rico.

I'll give registering another shot.

Thanks!
Ok now I'm understanding a little better. At least that gives you a shot at having it correct vs that 2016 post that alluded to it is what it is.

just reporting back that I was able to get registered as independent by emailing them via provided address - a pleasant surprise!
There you go @LeonardoCal your path to downloads awaits you.

Good morning everyone, I want to download the original configuration for my 2016 Evora's ECU from the website, but I don't know if I should buy the 20/20 diagnostic or technical information. Could you please tell me? Thank you in advance.
I would download everything you can find for your model since you pay for a block of download. Not sure any of that has the ECU config you need. Lotus has stopped some models online document support so get everything you can get while you still can. Maybe @alcantor might know?

Regarding the recommended Mongoose Plus MFC3 interface, Lotus recommends the MFC3 BT, which is the Bluetooth variant.
I think there no reason for the MFC3, the non Bluetooth variant, not to work.
Any thoughts ?
Thank you !
