These are mentioned several time by the trade name - Dzus fasteners. Kinda like how "kleenex" aren't all the same brand
Personally, I hate mine. They are a great idea, but I spent more time installing them and getting the tension right than I will ever save by using them. Once has since left, and I just haven't bothered putting it back. The rest are horribly rusted, and a handful never seem to want to "bite" without a lot of persuasion.
