Get your alen wrench, get a pair of vice grips and a wrench or another pair of vice grips to turn the vice grips that are clamped to the alen. It's pretty easy.

Too much manual labor. I recommend power tools. This will remove any part you like:

sorry if english is not my first language and that I dont write it perfectly

I guess I was just too tired yesterday, as soon as I got on it this afternoon I figured it out pretty fast, I just removed the seat from the rails(instead of removing the rail, wich removes the seat also)...it was longer to do but then once it was out getting the rails out was very easy

I would get a strap wrench - usually a long metal handle with a rubber or nylon web strap on the end - to remove the knob. Once the set screw (the small screw on the side, if so equipped) is removed the knob should just unscrew, although it may be tight.

Here's an example of a strap wrench: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40198. Harbor Freight may not have the best tools, but you can often quickly find a picture of tools on their site - although any strap wrench would probably do the job...

Here's a little trick I learned when reinstalling the passenger seat. The back two bolts are a real bugger to get started. It's hard to keep the bolt from falling out of the 6mm allen socket so use one of those magnetic telescoping tools you buy to grab washers etc and use it along with the allen socket/extension and you can aim that bolt right into place without dropping it 20 times before you get it. All of this is assuming you are putting the seat back in I suppose.

got it out was easy, its just the way it was moving and stopping didnt feel right, but you just have to go and force it to unscrew and it comes out easily
