US Dealerships

Doubt Lotus will see more dealerships when offering only 1 car for sale (again) in the U.S. I expect you will only see an influx of dealers if/when the SUVs come out and start selling well. Not only are there very few dealerships, but from many posts on this forum there aren't a lot of good ones either. I am kind of lucky that my local (2.5 hours away) dealer is AutoEurope and they seem to be pretty on the ball and have worked with me on many things. Last time I was in there for routine service and they noticed an issue, they drove up to Lotus USA HQ and got the part and installed it and got it covered under warranty without me even asking. These are the types of dealers Lotus needs.

If Geely is part owner, maybe they can use Volvo dealers?

Lotus and Volvo definitely don’t compete with each other.
Recent news says Volvo is trying to buy Geely out from its ownership %. Assuming this happens, its unlikely Geely will be of much help in the U.S.
