I can see why the AMG engine is completely covered up.

Modern turbos are amazing. I suspect the AMG makes more than 400HP, which would explain the better top end feel.

It was also interesting to see the V6 and I4 being neck in neck until the first shift, then the I4 disappears due to faster shifting.

I know my V6/MT Emira is slower, but I still love it. I'm very curious how the AMG feels on the track, lacking an LSD. Cars which use brakes to limit wheel spin have this "clunky" feeling coming out of turns as the spinning wheel is stopped with the ABS system.

Your friend in the yellow I4 takes a better line through turns than that grey V6. It's also interesting that he's running in Tour mode, where the stability control is very invasive. They seem pretty evenly matched overall. That must have been with GGLC, I was going to go to that track day, but work got in the way, would have loved to check out the car.

Mechanical LSD's feel very different than ABS-based wheel braking, I wonder how that thing feels coming out of a turn.
