I just installed a new charged battery in yesterday incase that was the problem.

Check engine light is on. Car is running very rough. Died while driving like running out of gas.
Yeah try another reader. That reader is just for clearing codes IIRC. I have one just to try on 400 but have a SL Diags from GRP for the Evora. I have a Blue Driver that works on Elise and might try as well on the 400.

I only use the Foxwell to clear airbag codes. I use the early version of the one @Catsailr27 posted for diagnostics.
