Since this transmission is from Toyota. Has anybody ever gone to a Toyota dealership to have the fluid and filter changed by Toyota? I have a normally aspirated 2012 Evora with the IPS
any thoughts?

DON'T DO IT! I managed a Crappy Lube for a short while between careers and the level of incompetence is staggering. I've seen cars sent out no oil, stripped drain plugs, etc. Find a import indie that deals with euro cars they will sometimes work on Lotus. I had one do my PPI.How about going to a quick lube place that offers the same service? They don't jack the cars up at least.
Whenever I deal with a non-dealer for work on a fancy car, I call ahead and speak the manager. They can align the right resource ahead of my visit. Neither of us want a bad outcome.
A local Toyota dealership did an oil change for me once. Went well enough, but ended up just using the dealer for annuals instead.I have my local Toyota dealership for flushing the transmission and the coolant.
Thank You GRP!There is a pretty specific refill procedure for these IPS gearboxes.
Make sure to check the service manual and have that procedure followed or follow it if you do the change.
