Front sway bushing will do that when entering angled surface. You can change the bushings and it will do it again eventually. TADTS

 

That happened with my Evora. Made a difference when they were replaced. Not an expensive job if you need to have the dealer do it.

Does it only make the sound at low speed turning the wheel? I had the same issue and it turned out to be the bolts on the power steering rack were a bit loose. Very easy to fix, just drop the front panel and you'll see the screws securing the bracket and power steering rack. I just snugged them up and the problem was resolved.

Sorry for the OT, but if you haven't already, you should pull those one-way valves from the end of the condensation hoses and chuck 'em.

Just posting to see if anyone on here has had front end noise with there Evora GT yet. I have around 8k miles.

Noise mostly occurs while turning on a incline and decline but will do it while turned on a flat surface. No noise going over bumps or while driving in a straight line

If you could imagine the noise of a ziptie on a wheel constantly hitting something is what it sounds like. (binding/creaking)

Any tips would be great! Thinking of replacing my sway bar bushings for giggles to see what happens.

I’m having the same binding noise with my 400 with 16k miles. I haven’t had the opportunity to get under the car yet, but when I find the issue, I’ll let you know.

 

I have since resolved the issue, its more then likely corrosion between the rotor and wheel hub on yours. Seems to be common on these cars.

a good cleaning between the surfaces outta do the trick. While the caliper is off Id relube grease the pads and clips.

 

Remove, clean, replace, retorque to 80. Problem solved, for now.
