I own an Evora GT and an Elise w/Rev300. If I was forced by threat of violence to only have one, I would pick the Elise. Why? The overall driving experience in the Elise is pretty unmatched and tough to replicate with other cars that still have a roof. The Evora is awesome, but I can get closer to it's driving experience with other cars.

Comparing them would be like comparing apples and oranges, each has their own distinctive advantages.

If you want raw bare bones thrill for the occasional perfect weather weekend jaunt then the Elise could be your road legal go-kart.

If you want comfort, and cabin space combined with performance as a daily or long distance pleasure, than the Evora gives you that plus room to take a few things along for the ride without compromising the fun or leaky roof when it rains.

Throw in a supercharger and some new clothes and some extra pennies than the Emira might be your real and only option, at least it won't be a Vette with a Ferrari badge pretending to be something its not...

I own an Evora GT and an Elise.

Id keep the Elise and get a different daily driver if it came down to it. The Evora is a great do-everything sports car. The Elise is a truly unique experience.

I've driven an Emira twice. I bought my Evora GT after that. Its a numbed down Evora GT thats a bit more classically pretty and put together but without as much character and grit.
