Do you need new cats or just curious about the prices?

I have found for most Toyota parts it is much cheaper to go directly to Toyota vs the Lotus mark up. And quicker as well.

The service notes say the flywheel is a cast iron CMS C500, but it doesn't mention the friction disc, which I believe is from AP Racing. They're actually fairly solid, but if you're replacing them, you might as well get S2 clutch parts, as they're more readily available, and more cost-effective.

Yes. There are a few posts here (maybe @donour? I can't remember exactly) about clutch changes and parts used. I believe the S2s have a different flywheel though, which is lighter mass IIRC. There's also aftermarket options too, like the stuff MWR offers.

@Tweetdriver63 @agentdr8. There are 2 S1 flywheels (NA 19lbs and S 12lbs). I'm not sure if the S2 flywheel is differnent, but I suspect it is similar to the S1S version. You can certainly mount a 400/GT pressure plate + friction disc + flywheel on any Evora. The timing ring and the trans are the same.
