aww too bad you aren't in CA... then you could get:

+LTNESS

or something along those lines.. (we have +, *, and <3 as options)

You are correct, in PA we can't use +,* or other symbols.

Hmmm...how'd he get eight characters on a CA tag? Here in Colorado, we're lucky to get seven (not on all styles of tags).
