Agreed the car is not in great shape at all and its obvious that the owner dumped the car as is and didnt want to put any more money in it for the obvious needed repairs, but if he does the work and gets it upto shape, I don't doubt that it'll hold the value after the repairs because those repairs will def put it above 20k...as long as he can manage to keep it below 30k, shouldn't be under.
