Yes it does look like that they are OEM. Just not listed on the parts book.

That pad looks pretty typical for a car that has been lifted a lot. My racecar tends to go up/down 3-4 times per week. After a few years the pads get pretty scratched and dented. You can preserve them a little bit by using hockey pucks or wood. The pads are steel.

Replacing these would involve cutting them off and bonding a custom steel pad on. The question is, why bother. They are fully functional and not a mechanical problem, even if aesthetically displeasing. The analogy for a unibody car is the pinch welds. Those get mangled when using unprotected jack pads.

Definitely POE. definitely still in perfect service shape, even if a bit less pretty. You might not want to mess with them unless a Lotus tech says they ARE NOT integral with a major bonded corner of the subframe!!
BTW, those forged wheels ROCK on track with Goodyear Supercar 3r's on track!
