So just received the exige 380 baffled pan from Europe and looking inside, flaps do indeed look new compared to the new set he included. This was after 3 years of use and never changed, so I'd say all should be rest assured, not much to be concerned about. The seller also tracked since he switched to a moroso pan. I think the 2 year intervals are on the conservative side and I'd say an extra year or 2 shouldn't hurt unless under frequent track use. I plan on putting it on

I'm quite impressed with how clean you got the pan and mating surface of the sump. What is your approach for removing the sealant?
I used motorcraft silicone remover and plastic razor blades. Just have to let it sit for 10-15min and it comes off pretty easily. I also used a 3m roloc bristle disc on the oil pan after the silicone remover.

It came out amazingly well. I'll have to save this thread for when I attempt this job in the fall. My car is a 2020 and I have no records, so for all I now the flaps are 5 yo--or perhaps they've been removed entirely.

I have a two questions

1. Does anyone know the (correct) oil pan bolt torque values, if using the BOE gasket?
2. Is anyone selling the aftermarket Moroso pan? (i'm looking to buy)

reason for 1st question is that I've seen way different values for torque - from 10ft/lbs, 12ft/lbs, 12nm, to ~7.3ft/lbs.

I replaced my baffles and added the BOE gasket about a year/half ago. Just noticed a small (very small) drop of oil on garage floor, so I put the car up on the Quickjack, dropped the rear belly pan, and found the oil pan bolts a little loose.
Retorqued to ~130in/lbs, but still have a small leak. Luckily when I ordered the BOE gasket originally, I ordered two spare.

If I'm going to spend two hours removing/reinstalling, I would honestly just rather swap to the Moroso pan.

Check JUBU for metal flap package-replacing the rubber ones takes care of maintenance…….

New member here! Just purchased a 2021 Evora GT. I bought the JUBU flaps and will be doing this modification within the next week or two. I will do my best to document the process and post here when done.
Please do and welcome to the forum!

I had installed these on mine, Its very plain and simple, no drilling, minor pain in the ass (boe headers makes this job worse) either headers have to be uninstalled or remove the pickup sump which is what i did. Just have to be careful reinstalling as youll likely have rtv/silicone everywhere lol, I also did replace the sump gasket.

If you have mid length or stock headers this job is a piece of cake, especially if you have access to a lift!

The jubu flaps slot into place and the screws essentially go through the metal flap into the old gate slot
