For all of the videos I've seen, he seems like a complete nutjob -- like unibomber level nutjob. So, makes me think he can't be serious with some of the ridiculous things he has said.

 

He reminds me of Joe Pesci crossed with Peter Fonda. I keep waiting for Marisa Tomei to come into the picture with "facts".

 

I like the car but I cannot stand him. Sorry if my opinion is bothersome but there is so much excellent car content out there and then this guy with his preaching how everything but a Toyota is an endless money pit. No wonder he got an Elise though with that Toyota powertrain

 

I agree that he's one of the most annoying personalities on YouTube, as anything non-Toyota is junk in his opinion. Also, what is it with the dark glasses and incessant hand waving? Makes him look like some sort of creepy stalker. I'm sure some of the things he has to say are true, but if we all drove Camrys or clapped out old Celicas, it would be a boring world.

 

Apparently Scotty waved his arms so frenetically, he knocked the LH rearview mirror cover off. 😱

 

I may have to check this channel out. Sounds like a cool guy.
