Battery light on! Need Help!

The battery light on when i start the engine every time, then i raise up above 2000rpm ,the light will flash few times and light off(13V at this moment), after that , the light has not turn on again i keep it idling in 15mins (battery voltage 11V at this moment) Is that mean the alternator has been dying?

Probably

Sometimes the wiring going to the alternator can cause a similar issue. When you lose the regulator feed, some alternators will self excite at a higher rpm and then run somewhat normally, tho sometimes weaker at idle.

So check the wiring first, a slim chance there is something wrong there

some more information hope helpful

i have try jump start, after the engine started. i disconnected the jump start battery , engine can be run in good and the light off. but i cant start the engine again.
my car is 2002 k series elise
