Evora Parts Cross-Reference Thread

Since there isn't a single place anyone new (or not new) to the Evora sub can go to find parts cross-references, I figured I'd start a thread that will hopefully grow into that definitive source.

To start us off, I'm dumping the stuff I've been keeping track of over the years. If anyone finds something amiss with something posted, please let me know and I can edit. Feel free to contribute a post if you don't see something listed.

At last, the x-ref thread! I hope it gets stickied somewhere (and stays on topic).

Headlamp ballast: Valeo LAD5GL 89035113
Headlamp bulb: Osram D1S
details here, thanks @Dus10

Tailgate aka decklid electrical connector (S1/400 standard tailgate): AMP Econoseal III .070 and AMP Econoseal III .250
Tailgate aka decklid electrical connector (carbon fiber "ducktail"): APTIV 54200413
details here, thanks @spaghettipie

Reverse lights: Perei PE608
Rear fog lamp: Perei PE605 (clear lens), PE604 (red lens)
details here
Taillights are also Perei, but I don't have the OEM part number handy.

Windshield wipers: I've found that pretty much any 26" wiper from the FLAPS will work. So in addition to the above, you could use
  • TRICO 25-260, 16-2612, 32-260, 19-260, 26-12B, 35-260
  • Bosch 26oe, 4826, 26ca, en26oe, b2604, fs26oe, 26sd, 26poe, 26bw
... just as examples.

Side mirror assembly, including housing, glass, and covers: 2001-2009 Jaguar X-Type, several part numbers
Indicator and wiper stalks: 2007-2014(?) Ford Mondeo (non-US model)

Thanks much for this, long term going to be a life saver for these things.

Does anyone happen to know the washer reservoir pump part number/cross ref? I see a lot of mentions that it's a cheap Rover part, but not a number or a specific vehicle it's used on.

Mine has become a sad trickle onto the windshield, though luckily it doesn't leak.

I want to say it looks very similar to the 89-94 Land Rover 3.9L washer pumps, but without having both in hand to compare the connectors I'm not 100% sure.

A couple more.

Radiator fans: SPAL 2va06-AP50. Looks pretty similar to the 2va06-AP70 current model.

Steering angle sensor: Bosch 0265005555
Judging by the forum here, these go bad from time to time. Curiously, the Bosch catalog lists Lotus as the only customer for this part!

Horn: Roots Windtone (sold in hi/lo tone pairs)

A note on engine part numbers: it's been the subject of a lot of discussion here, but essentially everything from the intake to the flywheel (inclusive) is straight Toyota Camry 2010. Moving parts, sensors, ancillaries. The only exceptions I have found so far are:
  • Injectors (and obviously intake) were changed by Lotus for the supercharged cars
  • The Evora has an oil pressure sensor on the lower front of the engine (i.e. passenger side) that is not used on the Camry but is used on IIRC the Highlander
So if you're ever searching for an engine piece and don't have this page handy, just plug in 2010 Camry V6.

#12 ·
Actually the engine is per the V6 RAV 4 with oil cooler outlet

On the E400's the moved PCV value to aft bank and include a baffle plate between oil pan sections, while the GT's also have a sumped lower pan

#18 ·
Funny, I've always used 2010 Camry for my odds and ends parts orders. I've never needed the oil cooler, though, or the dipstick. Mostly little stuff: sensors, PCV valve, oil pan, exhaust gaskets, filters, belts.

According to the parts diagrams at Toyota.com, the 2010 Camry does have an oil cooler (oil/water exchanger bolted to the block), but I'll take your word for it. I'm no Toyota expert, just sharing my experience with ordering parts for various S1 Evoras.

I definitely goofed when I said the flywheel was Toyota: it's an AP racing part, #LA035BC for the NA Evora for example. It uses a Toyota flex plate to carry the starter ring gear -- it's a sandwiched-and-bolted arrangement which AFAIK is unique to that marque -- but I haven't compared it to any Toyota-direct parts to see which US models (if any) it matches. The one I looked at a moment ago has the number 01J50154, but that doesn't appear to be the part number.

CRT086 is incorrect for the clutch slave.

On the left is the CRT086, with the mounting tabs flush with the edge of the cylinder. On the right is the factory part, with the mounting tabs mounted along the centerline.

I can't be certain, as I don't have one in front of me, but the CRT-085 looks to have the mounting tabs closer to the centerline.

Have not come across one. But to be fair, there aren't any for the S1 pollen filters either. You could use those custom cut filters and make one roughly the same dimensions, but it may not function as well as the OEM one. Ideally, one of the aftermarket companies that make pollen/cabin filters would make one in our sizes. I think the market is probably too small though for them to consider it.

#28 ·
@DerekOfBass CRT-085 seems to be it. Too bad I can't edit the OP any longer, but hopefully others will search the whole thread when looking for parts.

Externally, the 085 is correct.. internally however, the bore is different. Makes the pedal much stiffer.

Good shout, but back to the drawing board!

#31 ·
Finally received the CRT-087 and you were right @DerekOfBass; the bore is slightly larger. Here's the CRT-087 (left) next to the CRT-085 (right). The bore on the 087 is ~22.2mm compared to the smaller 20.55mm on the 085, so it should be the correct part.

Unfortunately, because Toyota doesn't sell a vehicle in the US with the EA60, nobody stocks the CRT-087 here. I found plenty of them on ebay UK, and ultimately had mine shipped from Lithuania. $45 and a month later isn't too bad, compared to ~$150 for the OE, and possible 1 to infinity months lead time.

Decklid supports:
16.00'' Lift Supports Depot PM3840 Lift Support With | PM3840-W
Lift Supports Depot PM3840. I bought them on Amazon, put them on and the deck lid promptly dropped. They came as 40 lbs, the original ones measured 45 lbs (bathroom scale) and barely hold the deck up if it isn't too cold. Their customer support was excellent and they 2 day'ed me a replacement set. They said the spec for the Evora was 60 lbs and the 40 lbs ones I got were the correct part number, but not the correct spec. The replacements were tested before they were shipped, and I measured them at 60 lbs.

I found some on Rock Auto for ten bucks that look like they would work fine, but went with these because if the RA parts weren't correct, it would be my fault, and these were specifically for the Evora, so "not my fault." After shipping and all, I would have only saved a few dollars going with RA.
