Thanks will look and see which one as there are a few to choose from

edit: they are from a Proton Saga facelift model. Will get part numbers and add.
Though I will say for S1 while the body itself is the jag model but the pinth and mount is custom to lotus. Not sure if same approach on S2

Looks the same with the one on the S2 cars, but at least I should be able to get part numbers for glass, mirror shells etc if they sell these things separately that is. Proton are not overly forthcoming on part numbers, but going to ask s friend in Asia to look for me.

Since there isn't a single place anyone new (or not new) to the Evora sub can go to find parts cross-references, I figured I'd start a thread that will hopefully grow into that definitive source.

To start us off, I'm dumping the stuff I've been keeping track of over the years. If anyone finds something amiss with something posted, please let me know and I can edit. Feel free to contribute a post if you don't see something listed.

the wiper motor on the 2017 isn't the guts from 1995 VW Golf (Bosch) My mechanic tried that. Maybe its different in earlier generation cars.

Yeah, I think even on the S1s it's slightly different. I also tried the VW Golf part recently on mine, but the armature was too short. I'll update the list and remove that reference.

Anyone have a number for the OEM rotors? Sorry if I missed it.

If you mean part number you can easily look it up lotustarts.com enter your model, year and all other required info and go to the proper section. It's pretty intuitive.

Yes, I didn't know if there was a cross-reference #.

DBA's are aftermarket. Not sure who made the OE's might have been AP Racing. If you are looking for Rotors the GRP and Inokinetic sell them
Got it thank you. I'll likely go Inokinetic; I've been a long time fan of Shinoo and S111. Also looks like they have a pretty good deal going on a package currently.

You have to start with the OEM part number to cross reference it.
I think maybe he meant a cross-reference, not just the OEM part number. A cross-reference would be another vehicle that uses the exact same part, though the number would be different. For example, my '91 Elan needed a fuel pressure regulator. Finding it cross-referenced as being the same one on a Corvette of the same year group (but the Corvette had two of them) made getting the part a breeze. Parts suppliers tend to look for parts based on year/make/model/variant, so these cross-references are incredibly helpful.

AP Racing is the OEM for the Evora rotors and calipers, but IIRC, they're not used on any other vehicle, and AP doesn't sell them directly, so if you want the OEM ones, you have to get them from Lotus.

So the REAL question on brake rotors is: Does anybody know another vehicle that uses the same rotors, or rotors with the same dimensions? On the plethora of suppliers' websites that do not have Lotus as a choice when entering the vehicle, what other vehicle can be used to find the right rotors? For example, the 1991 Elan M100 I used to own used the same rear rotors as the 1991 Chevy Lumina. With that information, one could go to any parts supplier and get rotors.

Regarding serpentine belt on 2011-2014 Evora Supercharged:

The factory B132E6500H belt I just received is a 7PK2846 (Toyota/Bando 90916-02700, which I can't find listed anywhere).. the Gates K071130 that MWR/people have been suggesting is a 7PK2871. That's 2.5 centimeters longer than the factory belt. Seems like a lot to ask of the tensioner to take up as the belt heats up, ages and stretches.

Seeing as how Lotus is only charging $45 for this belt retail now, and that Gates is $29 on rockauto plus shipping... conclusion seems pretty obvious.

Also for anyone who doesn't know, the 400/410/GT belt C132E6533F is a gatorback style belt that Lotus is adamant we put on people's cars here. Cost is an even more reasonable $38. (it's a 7PK2958 for the curious)
Incidentally, the Lotus Belt B132E6500H is now $98. How's THAT for inflation.
