I'm leaning towards vinyl wrap but before I do that, i need to fix some areas of cracked fiberglass. any recommendations?

From my old neighborhood. Near the Queens-borough Bridge in Long Island City by the Ravenswood Con-Ed Plant. It's kind of industrial around there but this shop has a well beaten path to it's door.
