The stealership wants me to buy the whole headlight assembly just for this little harness. My friend tried to send me his extra, but USPS lost it. So I am here trying to find just that little housing/wire that the turn signal goes into and then plugs into the actual wiring harness.

I am not sure what part of it has failed. I swapped in the other wire from the driver front turn signal and it the bulb and signal worked. So I have it isolated down to pigtail. Do you just pull that melted cover off and run those wires into the plastic?
rather than pulling the plastic apart first, can you use a multimeter to isolate which of the two wires or bulb lacks electrical continuity?
I can try, how do I isolate out each wire. Place on the copper inside the plastic housing? I know the bulb is fine, tested it on the driver side, and it worked.
