Tarminator works pretty well as an adhesive remover (better than Goo Gone) and it's safe on the paint.

Added some lightness by replacing my stock lug bolts with GRP titanium bolts. 1.9 lbs saved!

Took the opportunity to polish and re-ceramic coat the calipers while I was at it. The finish was starting to get a bit dull. Forgot to take a before shot.

Even with the nor'easter on its way, I managed to get a couple hours driving in. During the drive the windshield washer warning light came on and off.
When I got home it took nearly a gallon and a half of fluid. Who knew it could hold do much.
Seems very UN Lotus like!

More progress on shim control arms. Sourced spherical bearing replacements for the bushings and can add caster shims as well. 3d Print by the weekend maybe.

Still need to source a suitable press in ball joint for the fronts.

Reinstalled the OEM hatch. Couldn't get the Tecnocraft carbon hatch to seal and it was letting water in the trunk. Had all 8 hinge bolts loose for adjustment and couldn’t get any luck Still trying to figure out what the issue is but leaning toward it getting damaged by the shipping company and being warped.

On a more fun note, ordered some Hoosier Track Attack tires for my next HPDE set.

Also picked my color for my track wheels - prismatic universe:

The wheel guy will also be working to refinish my silver set of wheels to make them like new as well.

After a year of searching eBay I finally scored a new climate control panel to replace the beat up one in my car. I took the opportunity to replace the cracked handbrake boot surround as well:

Sooo much better!

If anyone has a use for the old panel or parts of it hit me up.

Other than driving the car, I haven't really been doing anything.

But I wanted to share that I was able to score a full set of spare OEM J hooks to replace my current ones when they're finally done. I was able to get these, some new microfiber cloths that were used for shipping padding and some extra discontinued TRD oil filters for basically what the Bell and Covil deal was a few years back (roughly 2k-ish shipped give or take). I still can't get over the fact that Lotus wants $2500 per rotor and they're not even carbon ceramic.

Its crazy tbh, I'm looking to change mine when my pads are done, so ill probably look to GRP or Seriously lotus as they're essentially the same.
What i do find extremely annoying, lotus Emira discs are half that price 🤔
